How and why to create a batch file?

• Batch file is a small utility that can be made by anyone to make the work simpler when on the computer.
• multiple links and documents can be executed in one single click.

Steps to create a sample batch file:

1. Open a notepad.
2. Type start followed by "" . Put in the address of the website or the location of the document you use frequently.
3. Save the file in .bat format and select file type as "all files".
4. Execute the file whenever you require it or at the time of login.
